The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate and deliver interactive phone calls from “Santa Claus.”
This Service is for entertainment purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or manage the Service. Parents or legal guardians may purchase the Service for their children.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ensure the receiving phone number is correct and authorized
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws

Using the Service for harmful, abusive, or illegal purposes is prohibited.

5. AI Behavior

The Service generates audio and conversation automatically using AI.

6. Call Delivery

Calls are delivered automatically shortly after the order is completed. No specific call time is selected or scheduled.
Delivery depends on telecommunication networks, third-party APIs, and the receiving device.

We are not responsible for:
• Missed calls due to user-side issues (device off, blocked number, voicemail, no signal)
• Delays caused by carrier or platform issues
• Incorrect phone numbers provided during purchase
• Failures, interruptions, or errors beyond our direct control

7. Payments & Refunds

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
All sales are final.
